Has distinguished himself as a leader in professional disc golf. As commissioner of the PDGA from 1984-88, Ted's perseverance and insight were instrumental in creating the framework from which the PDGA now functions. Today's system of scheduling tournaments evolved from Ted's coordination of the Pro Tour in its early years.
